When will my candle arrive after dispatch?
Our couriers, Sendle & Australia Post delivers same day - 7 business days after dispatch. 
You will receive a confirmation email when your parcel has been dispatched. 
In case you have accidentally deleted that email, contact us and follow these tracking links below.

How many candle sizes do you offer?
We currently offer 3 different sized candles, 50g, 275g and 650g.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately we do not ship internationally for normal sized orders. However, if you are looking to purchase in bulk (25+ candles exc. tealights) we will arrange shipment. Please visit our Bulk Orders page fore more details.  

What if I change my mind?
If you change your mind or choose the wrong fragrance/size, send it back to us within 30 days of arrival and we will exchange your candle or issue you a refund minus shipping the minute we receive the product. Unfortunately we are unable to pay for shipping if you have changed your mind.

Additionally, If the wick is burnt or the candle shows signs of any usage, we can not issue you an exchange or refund
